Oneshot 3" Roller Assembly - Oneshot Stencil Roller assembly twists onto a specially designed ink cartridge - cartridge acts as the roller handle. Ink saturation is controlled by a valve-action pump in the assembly. No messy refill - simply attach a new cartridge when you run out of ink.
