Gantry Palletizer - from $85,000

Our gantry palletizer is simple to operate and program. Set the palletizer to the bag / pallet layout that you require. The palletizer will stack the bags on the pallet in the first pallet station. When the first pallet is full, the palletizer starts stacking the second station. The operator removes the first pallet while the second is being stacked. (Click here for video.)

• Two pallet stations allow for uninterrupted operation
• Pallet stations hold 5 empty pallets each
• When both stations are full, the system pauses
• If photo eye is broken during operation, the palletizer moves to the other station
